Job Title:
Data Analyst Job Description We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with over two years of experience in managing material master data within an ERP environment such as SAP or PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures, hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance frameworks. Responsibilities Manage and maintain material master data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes to identify and rectify errors. Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables andVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
functions. Develop and implement data governance frameworks and naming conventions. Translate complex data issues into business language for clear communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP system migrations, integrations, or upgrades. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables andVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes. Hands-on experience with SAP material master configuration and workflows. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbering systems, or product data management in a manufacturing context. Exposure to business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience working with engineering or operations data in an industrial manufacturing environment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a STEM-related field is preferred but not required. Work Environment This role requires working within an ERP environment, utilizing technologies such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. The position may involve collaborating with engineering and operations teams in an industrial manufacturing setting. A professional, business-casual dress code is expected. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
