SummaryJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and business insights.
Knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Basic experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience working with business intelligence and reporting solutions.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive analytics.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Industry experience in government, healthcare, finance, or insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Create ad hoc reports and perform data validation as needed.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and leadership teams on data initiatives.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and business metrics.
