Job Description

In this job, you'll drive high‑impact, data‑informed decision‑making by translating complex analytical insights into strategic guidance that strengthens operational performance and advances our organization's priorities. As a Data Analytics Senior Specialist , your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future? Responsibilities Extracts, transforms, and automatically loads data from various sources. Develops and maintains scripts for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting. Applies statistical techniques to analyze program data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations. Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAS and other tools to communicate findings effectively. Evaluates program effectiveness by assessing key metrics. Quantifies the impact of interventions and identifies areas for improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Protects all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and properly accesses and manages private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other highly sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years of experience performing data analysis. Experience using a variety of data tools and software. Preferred Qualifications Experience in data extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation utilizing SQL, Python, Snowflake or R. Experience developing dashboards in Power BI and supporting data pipelines. Additional Information This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
