Data Governance Analyst (Hybrid

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience in data governance, data management, business analysis, or related roles supporting enterprise data initiatives or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Experience supporting data stewardship, metadata management, governance workflows, data quality processes, and data issue resolution. Hands-on experience using data governance, data quality, or catalog tools such as Alation, Collibra, BigID, or Informatica Axon. Experience working across multiple data domains in complex enterprise environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field Experience within a similarly large, complex, global organization and/or consulting firm experience Skills Strong understanding of data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, and data quality concepts. Ability to define data quality expectations, analyze issues, and coordinate remediation across teams. Experience supporting governance workflows, metadata quality checkpoints, and catalog content standards. Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and familiarity with data cataloging software.Attributes:
