Cincinnati, OH Full-Time Are you an innately curious, analytical and skeptical person? Do you enjoy solving puzzles and uncovering hidden truths within a dataset? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Data Quality Analyst position. We're looking for someone who uses their critical and analytical thinking to question data, proactively searching for anomalies, contradictions, and patterns that shouldn't be there. ‍ The ideal candidate understands that even a "perfect" dataset can be a red flag. You'll be the vigilant gatekeeper for our firm's data quality, working to ensure the integrity of our data . ‍ What You'll Do

‍ Data Quality Analysts work both independently and collaboratively to manipulate, filter and visualize data, in order to locate inconsistencies and validate data integrity.

‍ Who You Are Critical/logical thinker. Curious and patient with unwavering perseverance when something "isn't right". Meticulous and thorough. ‍ Skills Needed for Success Knowledge of statistical concepts and systematic problem identification. Technical proficiency with data analysis tools - Excel (pivot tables/complex formulas), familiar with a variety of software solutions such as SQL, Python, SPSS and R. Some knowledge of research methods, survey design and data collection.

Nice to have:
