Employment:
Long-term contract with benefits We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Data Visualization Specialist to join a Product Support team focused on improving vehicle quality and the customer experience. This role requires strong, hands-on experience designing, creating, and maintaining highly interactive dashboards. Candidates must have significant dashboard development experience using Tableau and/or Power BI.
What Youll Be Doing:
Design and maintain interactive dashboards tracking warranty claims, product quality metrics, defect rates, and customer satisfaction data Transform raw warranty and quality data into clear, actionable visualizations Collaborate with warranty analysts and quality engineers to identify trends and deliver meaningful insights Perform basic data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting for management and technical teams Present visual insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Maintain data integrity and quality control for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Support field reporting and traditional reporting activities within
Technical Service What Were Looking For:
13 years of experience in data visualization, including internships, academic projects, or personal portfolios Strong proficiency in Tableau or Power BI Heavy experience creating interactive dashboards is required Experience with Excel, SQL, and/or Python for data manipulation and cleaning Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus
Important Requirements:
