Job Summary Upen Group is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, data validation, and business intelligence activities. This role is a good fit for someone with some professional, internship, or project experience who has a solid foundation in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and data analytics . Responsibilities Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and patterns Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis Clean, organize, and validate datasets Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and data manipulation Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests Track and report on KPIs and business metrics Identify data quality issues and assist with resolution Translate business requirements into reports and analytical solutions Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes Work with internal teams on vendor and client projects Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Experience with SQL and relational databases Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data manipulation Experience or working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization tool Understanding of basic data analytics and reporting concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills SQL Server Power BI Tableau Python Data visualization Data quality and validation ETL concepts Business intelligence KPI reporting Dashboard development Eligibility & Location DFW area candidates only U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only No visa sponsorship available Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Equal Opportunity Employer Upen Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
