Collaborate across customer support, technical services, logistics, compliance, OR1, and other business teams to design and implement analytical datasets and decision-support tools in Tableau, as well as perform quantitative analysis and share underlying trends and actionable insights to help stakeholders in strategic and operational decision-making. Work on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets and apply data engineering, statistical, and optimization modeling techniques to real-world business problems to build and deploy analytical and forecasting models. Collaborate with internal business partners to design, build, and automate analytical models and performance reporting systems that provide actionable insights into customers, products, and sales force effectiveness. Mine data, perform quantitative and statistical analysis, and create clear, actionable narratives about customers, their behaviors, and drivers of retention and engagement. Leverage data modeling, wrangling, and predictive analytics techniques to investigate internal and external data (e.g., surgical procedures) to support operational planning and market optimization in the medical-device space. Partner with compliance teams to understand business context, develop key performance metrics, and iterate and improve on analytical insights and solutions to deliver actionable information to the business. Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical services, logistics, compliance, and OR1 customer service, on initiatives that improve company-level KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Develop and deploy predictive modeling solutions to solve business problems and support resource allocation and process optimization across departments. Build intuitive analytical interfaces, reports, and visualizations to translate complex model outputs into clear business recommendations and data stories. Create presentations with quantitative analysis and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain curiosity and pursue deeper exploration of datasets to identify analytical improvements. Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
