  • Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid) Position Summary The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organization's Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative.
This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigations, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance. The Supplier Quality Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty performance data to identify high-impact supplier quality issues, drive root cause prioritization, and support Time to Fix (TTF) improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in reducing 3MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation, GIMS closure, and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus. Support the execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability. Collaborate with SQEs, engineering teams, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform deep-dive data analysis to support the escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.). Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas. Translate complex warranty data into actionable insights to support supplier quality improvements. Support supplier escalation activities, GIMS closure efforts, and cross-functional alignment initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with additional experience will also be considered. Experience supporting GIMS initiatives and attack support activities. Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency with Quantic. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong PowerPoint presentation and reporting capabilities.
