The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making, operational improvements, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance predictive analytics solutions, visualizations, dashboards, and reporting workflows. Analyze complex business problems and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Identify, integrate, and enrich internal and third-party data sources. Develop and maintain analytics solutions using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx . Administer and support Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments. Collaborate with business leaders, IT, data warehouse, security teams, and external vendors. Perform data modeling, statistical analysis, trend identification, and business process improvement. Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and promote analytics best practices. Manage project deliverables, stakeholder relationships, and key milestones. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in data modeling, analytics, and business requirements. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI administration . Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools. Proven expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization. Strong understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to improve business processes using data and statistical analysis. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
