Dunwoody is seeking a Part-Time Data Analytics Student Worker to support our team with building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, performing basic data analysis, and assisting with ad hoc data-related tasks. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience using data to support decision-making in a real-world environment. The student worker will work closely with staff to translate questions and requirements into clear, accurate, and visually effective dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards Import, clean, and transform data using Power Query Apply basic DAX calculations (measures, calculated columns) Ensure dashboards are accurate, well-organized, and user-friendly Respond to feedback and make iterative improvements Assist with testing dashboards and verifying data accuracy Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and continuity. Support small, ad hoc data requests from staff Help organize datasets, files, and report documentation Learn and follow data governance and privacy practices Attend meetings to understand reporting needs Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in: Web Programming & Database Development (CWEB) or related computer field Experience with or coursework using Power BI Comfort working with data in Excel (formulas, tables, basic analysis) Basic understanding of data concepts (rows/columns, joins, metrics) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage small tasks independently Since our founding, all who have worked at Dunwoody have been dedicated to the success of every one of our students.
