We are seeking a detail-oriented Vista Viewpoint Data Analyst with experience in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Power BI to join our team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data related to the Vista Viewpoint platform. The analyst will perform all responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain Crystal Reports, Vista Work Centers, and Power BI dashboards to present data-driven insights. Analyze data within the Vista Viewpoint platform to support operational and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analyses. Extract, transform, and manipulate data using SQL. Integrate and extract SQL data from multiple software systems. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses. Perform SQL database management and SQL programming tasks. Complete other duties as assigned by the IT Director. Minimum Requirements and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience working with Vista Viewpoint and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver meaningful insights. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
