12 Months Analyzes data and develops reports on the overall performance of business segments; develops metrics to measure various characteristics of the business Analyze technical warranty issues by gathering and reviewing warranty/service , documentation, vehicle/engine/exhaust aftertreatment design details and dealership diagnostic and repair practices. Assist in failure analysis through examination and testing of failed engine/exhaust aftertreatment system components. Assist in developing and documenting reliable and comprehensive warranty test and evaluation procedures. Assist in providing technical analysis and coordination for onsite joint inspections with the component supplier. Interface with repair facilities to assist in resolving warranty claim issues. Assist in technical warranty claim appeals and assign responsibility. Assist in developing technical component warranty evaluation documentation consistent with service and warranty documentation. Assist in coordinating with Service Engineering to ensure proper failure diagnostics. Interface with internal departments, repair facilities and suppliers to gather information, report findings and develop documentation. Attend meetings, as required, to assist in gathering information, reporting findings and assist in the decision making process concerning warranty claims issues. Combines a good level of understanding on how business operates with analytical ability to sift effectively through data available, overlaying all this with the technical competency to illustrate this analysis to stakeholders and the wider business Utilize methods of combining charts, maps, timelines and infographics into comprehensible dashboards; may create visualizations of data sets in a user-friendly and easy-to-understand way to facilitate business decision makingCandidate Requirements:
