It involves analyzing information from multiple sources—such as customer behavior, transactions, and digital activity—to create a clear, unified view of how customers interact with products and services. The position also supports experimentation and continuous improvement, identifying both successes and areas of friction to guide future decisions. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with analytics teams, contributing to backlog discussions, and developing solutions that automate and streamline data processes, particularly in support of modernizing voice routing systems. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in analytics, with strong skills in SQL and familiarity with tools like Python or R. Experience working with platforms such as Snowflake and building dashboards in Tableau or other business intelligence tools is important. This role requires someone who can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for a wide audience, while working cross-functionally with different teams. A strong analytical mindset is preferred over a software engineering background, along with curiosity, initiative, and the ability to continuously learn and adapt. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
