Location:

Smithfield, RI (Hybrid) Introduction The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging their expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and support various projects within the organization. Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help improve business processes and outcomes
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
  
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance
  
• Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Requirements Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  
• Solid understanding of data exchange processes and the ability to lead, execute, or assist on all assigned projects
  
• Knowledge of Defined Benefits and experience working with related data sets

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  
• Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
