Support business growth and executive initiatives through market intelligence, sales enablement, strategic event planning, and operational optimization. Responsible for creating actionable business insights, assisting in identifying partnership opportunities, improving internal processes, and supporting executive leadership in driving business development efforts.Required Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with relevant libraries and PyTorch.Solid understanding of data modeling principles.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines alongside data engineers.
Ability to create detailed products using multiple sources of complex data and AI toolsets.
Experience creating HTML dashboards from multiple datasets.
Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency with business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis tools.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, research, or analytics initiatives.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with data analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
Company IntelligenceDevelop and maintain concise company intelligence One-Pagers for Sales Representatives to support account planning and customer engagement.Research and compile key business information including company leadership, locations, market presence, revenue indicators, strategic initiatives, and relevant business insights.
Translate complex company data into clear, digestible resources that improve sales efficiency and preparedness.
Strategic Event Research & Business Development SupportAnalyze exhibitor and attendee lists for industry conferences and trade events to identify opportunities aligned with company growth initiatives.
Cross-reference event participants against existing registered vendors and partner databases to determine current business relationships.
Generate reports identifying existing partner engagement opportunities, prospective partnerships and business expansion opportunities and high value outlier organizations and emerging companies for relationship development.
Deliver recommendations that support executive decision-making and strategic networking.
Executive Support Office of the CTOServe as strategic and operational support to the Chief Technology OfficerAssist with research, planning, project coordination, and special initiatives across departments.
Provide analytical support and execution assistance for evolving business priorities.
Process Optimization & InnovationDesign event execution tools, including customized multi-day engagement checklists and meeting prioritization frameworks.
Recommend and implement improvements to Sales Enablement workflows and business processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, increase operational efficiency, and support scalable growth initiatives.
Contribute ideas and solutions that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
