KP Staffing is now hiring cell phone repair technicians in Arlington, TX! Job Summary The cell phone repair technician will test, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electronic and electromechanical devices to meet customer requirements. This position involves identifying equipment deficiencies, performing repairs, and retesting products to ensure proper operation. Pay $16 per hour Shift 1st shift: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Duties Test, update, refurbish, and repair electromechanical devices using test stations and specialized equipment Inspect products for physical damage, serial numbers, dates, and identifying markers Diagnose equipment issues and perform minor soldering repairs as needed Troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical equipment to identify and resolve malfunctions Use automated testing equipment, including projection testing equipment, to identify deficiencies and rework products Update assemblies to the latest revision levels Retest repaired or upgraded devices to confirm proper operating condition Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve production and repair issues Assist with improving repair processes and procedures Meet daily and weekly production goals Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in electromechanical assembly and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to resolve product issues Job Type Temp-to-hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Arlington, TX for an in-person interview.
