BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs highly advanced (senior-level) professional organizational analysis work involving conducting studies and evaluations to improve efficiency; analyzing systems and procedures; conducting work simplification studies; and preparing operations and procedures manuals to enhance organizational effectiveness. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May serve in a lead or supervisory role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensure change initiatives meet objectives. Monitors and assesses change initiatives to ensure activities, deliverables, and timelines align with defined objectives, leadership direction, and agency priorities. Analyzes risks, impacts, and outcomes of proposed or ongoing changes, identifying gaps and recommending adjustments to improve effectiveness and achieve intended results. Coordinates with ODSI leadership and program stakeholders to track progress, document decisions, and ensure change efforts are clearly communicated and supported. Participate in the implementation of change management plans. Supports implementation of change management plans by developing and coordinating policy updates, training materials, and communication products that reflect approved changes and leadership direction. Translates change management strategies into clear, actionable communications and documentation, ensuring staff and stakeholders understand expectations, timelines, and impacts Coordinates with ODSI staff and stakeholders to track implementation activities, document decisions, and support consistent application of change‑related policies and communications. Coordinate, plan, and direct organizational studies and evaluations.
