The Quality Management (QM) Data Analyst supports the QM department by developing, designing, maintaining, and analyzing data systems that promote continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation and certification readiness, performance measurement, and data-informed decision making. This position serves as the department's technical expert in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, dashboard development, data visualization. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, and executive leadership to transform complex data into meaningful information that supports organizational performance, grant requirements, contract monitoring, strategic initiatives, and quality improvement activities. The position assists in developing automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency while reducing reliance on manual data collection and spreadsheet-based processes. Must demonstrate high degree of competence in the use of analytic software as well as the standard suite of business application with high proficiency in creation and use of spreadsheets, database applications, and presentations. Will work under the supervision of the Director of Quality Management with moderate latitude of initiative and independent judgment.
