SUMMARY PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Manager of Load Research & Data Analytics is responsible for identifying and conducting analytical analysis on emerging technologies and innovations such as distributed energy resources, demand response, electrification of transportation, and energy storage. The intent of this job is to integrate emerging technologies and innovations in the electric industry to the production of load profiles, differentiation of consumption characteristics, reconstruction of rate class and jurisdictional load contributions to overall system demand, and long-term forecasted system energy and demand. Assists in all engineering functions of the department, such as the development of the system loss study, and other duties as assigned and deemed important by the Manager.EDUCATION
: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering- Master's Degree or PhD preferred
EXPERIENCE
: 0- 3 years or more experience required.
