You will be part of something bigger. This is where the best are built. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Early Career Data Analyst. In this role, you will 1) perform data capture, compilation, processing, analysis, integration, delivery, and reporting; 2) collaborate and coordinate with data owners and users, application teams, and suppliers to understand issues, trends, and patterns; and 3) apply problem-solving techniques to assess and drive data, system, and process improvements. The successful candidate will have knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques using spreadsheets, databases, or equivalent and experience with successfully solving problems using research methodologies or tools. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
1) A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline like Data Analytics, Engineering, or Science; Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering or Science, or Software Engineering from an accredited school. 2) Proficient with collecting, compiling, and/or processing datasets using formulas, charts, queries, tables, and/or databases. 3) Coursework in or experience with formal presentation development and delivery using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
1) Basic experience performing queries using Standard Query Language (SQL). 2) Familiar with eXtensible Markup Language (XML). 3) Familiar with software coding/scripting in Python, Visual Basic, or equivalent. 4) Basic experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. 5) Coursework in or application of mathematical modeling or statistical methods.

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this
