You'll need to be a detail-driven Master Data Analyst who thrives in a "Yes, and" environment—someone who sees data not just as numbers, but as a strategic asset. In this role, you'll champion a culture of data integrity and consistency, ensuring master data across enterprise systems is accurate, governed, and built to support smart decision-making. You'll partner across teams to enforce standards, resolve complex data challenges, and continuously improve systems and processes. Through your work, you'll enable clarity, trust, and efficiency, turning high-quality data into a foundation for organizational success. Where YOU make the impact… Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems o Master data examples include vendors, donors, inventory items, partner agencies, etc. Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP's Ensure adherence to defined governance standards Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processesRequirements:
What you need to succeed! B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or 1-2 years of hands on experience in accounting and IT Basic to intermediate level SQL Familiarity withERP & CRM
Systems Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems A day in the life: You'll spend most of your time at our Administration building located at 2525 Cullen St. You will find yourself frequently standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and pulling up to 50 pounds.Similar remote jobs
