Full Job Description Job Title:
Reporting & Administrative Analyst Position Summary:
The Reporting & Administrative Analyst plays a key role in supporting business operations through high-quality reporting, data analysis, and executive-level presentations. This position requires advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, strong Excel skills, and experience working within an ERP system—specifically P21 —to extract and analyze data. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain professional, executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging slides, dashboards, and reports Extract, analyze, and validate data from P21 (ERP system) to support reporting and business decisions Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization) Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with billing processes , including invoice preparation, review, and distribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs Standardize presentation formats, templates, and reporting processes for consistency Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of materials for meetings Assist in preparing materials for internal and external communications Maintain organized records, files, and reporting documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in administrative support, reporting, or data analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required (ability to build polished, executive-ready presentations) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience working with an ERP system (P21 preferred) Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience using P21 (Prophet 21) for reporting and data extraction Experience creating dashboards or visual reports Familiarity with data visualization best practices Experience supporting leadership or executive teams
