Full-Time (W2) Candidate must be open to relocate. We are seeking motivated and aspiring Data Analysts to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and transforming data into meaningful insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and operational objectives. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key business insights. Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software development teams to understand reporting requirements. Assist in maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity across enterprise systems. Generate ad hoc reports and provide analytical support for business initiatives. Follow data management best practices, including documentation, version control, and Agile methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field. 1-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related technical role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in- SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
