Job Description

Decommissioning Tasks:
Prepare specified server nodes and/or chassis for decommissioning and perform other decommissioning-related tasks, as per direction.. 2.Breakfix Tickets:
Install NVMe/SSD devices into specified server nodes . Review ticket queue to assign and diagnose hardware related faults for servers. Diagnosis of HDD, DIMMs, PSUs, fans, NICs, etc. by reviewing ticket info andBMC/SEL/OS
Logs Network/power fault remediation, reseat/replace cables, NICs and PSUs cables. Follow parts request and RMA processes to acquire replacements, open Asset requests logging serial and parts numbers and applying appropriate tickets statuses. Ticket hygiene, capturing the root cause, actions, parts and all pertinent diagnosis and remediation efforts in the ticket.Similar remote jobs
