They are too engineering heavy, and not true DAs Want people that have worked on the business teams, the people we sent are way too heavy on the tech side They profiles were so data pipeline heavy; they want people coming in after the data pipelines are built and taking the data and making business impacts from them What in the resume is going to stick out True data analysts Would love to see someone who has worked on process report migrations Someone who is working on the business side, what metrics are important Someone who has improved the data quality Don t want to see engineering responsibilities, or pipelining activities Prior Capital One preferred and Financial Services Required They want a purely DA profiles coming from the business side Overview We are seeking Data Analysts to support a large-scale initiative within a retail banking data organization focused on migrating existing processes to new, centralized data platforms. This role is less about building new systems and more about understanding, validating, and transitioning existing data workflows to improved data sources to drive adoption across multiple business teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Analyse and migrate existing SQL/Python-based data processes to new data platforms Validate and reproduce current data workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy Partner with multiple downstream teams to support adoption of centralized data products Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity during migration Support multiple teams by providing reliable, scalable data analysis solutions Document processes and ensure smooth handoff across teams
