Monday-Friday, Day Shift Pay:
$22•25 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst / Variable Data Programmer to support pre‑production operations by preparing, analyzing, and programming customer data for print, mail, and cross‑media campaigns. This role blends data analysis, variable data programming, and pre‑press production to ensure accurate, personalized, and on‑time delivery of customer communications. You will also serve as a key resource for our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, supporting customer onboarding, file conversions, and ongoing system optimization. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and manage customer data files for print and mail projects Convert, merge, cleanse, and output data into production‑ready files Create variable data templates including personalized content, QR codes, and Intelligent Mail barcodes Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand data requirements Serve as the internal expert for the Uluro CCM platform, supporting implementations and training Troubleshoot data and file issues to ensure accuracy and error‑free production Support workflow improvements to meet deadlines and service‑level agreements Assist with cross‑media campaign output, including personalized URLs and emails Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or variable data programming Strong experience working with large data sets and relational databases Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL Experience with CCM platforms (Uluro preferred) Programming or scripting experience (Python, SQL, C++, C#, or similar) Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in the print and mail industry Supervisory or lead experience a plus Why This Role Hands‑on, technical work with real production impact Blend of data, programming, and creative problem‑solving Stable weekday schedule Competitive hourly pay IND25
