Job Description

A Virginia-based financial services organization is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst in Vienna. This role supports enterprise HR technology reporting by building dashboards, integrating data across platforms, and delivering actionable insights for operational and executive stakeholders. Friday Hours:

8am to 4:30pm (EST)

Setting:

Hybrid (3 days onsite each week)

Responsibilities:

Consolidate and integrate data across enterprise HR and service platforms Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track operational performance and service metrics Create executive-level reporting and actionable insights for leadership and operational teams Build reporting solutions to measure throughput, incidents, requests, SLAs, and resolution metrics Use AI-driven tools and automation techniques to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and identify trends

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools Experience integrating and aggregating data from multiple enterprise systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting HR technology organizations or enterprise application environments Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools used for reporting automation and predictive analytics Experience creating executive dashboards and leadership reporting packages Knowledge of Agile methodologies, delivery metrics, and software development reporting Experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities through data analysis
