South Burlington, Vermont, United States Job Description Job Summary:
The Data Quality & MDM Analyst monitors, measures, and improves data quality across UVM Health's enterprise analytics data assets. This role identifies, documents, and resolves data integrity issues that affect analytics reliability, and supports master data management (MDM) efforts that ensure consistent, de-duplicated reference data - including provider, location, and patient population master data - across the health system.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field required.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in data quality, data management, or healthcare informatics.
  • Experience with data quality tools, profiling, and validation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with master data management concepts and tools.
  • Healthcare data experience, including Epic Clarity/Caboodle, preferred.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
