Job Description

- Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
- Employ the appropriate tools, methodologies to discover patterns of risks, abuse and help reduce bad debt
- Dive into customer behavioral patterns and recommend the policy change hypothesis
- Solve analytical problems, and effectively communicate methodologies and results
- Build analyses for product launches and provide launch recommendations
- Draw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identify trends, anomalies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus areaBasic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysPreferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
