We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to analyze financial and operational data, develop reports, and provide meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Excel Analyst who thrives on working with large datasets, solving complex problems, and improving reporting processes. The ideal candidate is an advanced Microsoft Excel user with experience analyzing business data, reconciling financial information, and leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to increase efficiency and improve reporting. Key Responsibilities Extract, import, organize, validate, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using advanced Microsoft Excel Create dashboards, reports, and data summaries that support business decisions Reconcile financial data with bank statements and internal reporting systems Research discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure data accuracy and integrity Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and present actionable business insights Support data imports, exports, and reporting across multiple business locations Utilize AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar to streamline reporting, automate tasks, improve documentation, and enhance productivity Collaborate with accounting, finance, operations, and leadership teams to improve reporting processes Troubleshoot reporting issues and maintain data integrity across multiple business systems Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve workflow efficiency Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: PivotTables
