As a Data Scientist focused on trend analytics and forecasting, you'll influence key decisions across the organization—from operations to executive leadership—by turning complex data into actionable intelligence. Benefits & Extras High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to influence forecasting and strategic decision-making Collaborative, cross-functional environment across finance and analytics teams Strong emphasis on innovation, automation, and process improvement Performance-based bonus structure Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 base salary + potential of 10% bonus What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain models to forecast key business KPIs Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and opportunity Translate complex data into executive-ready presentations Utilize Python, R, Power BI, and Excel for modeling and analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts Identify automation opportunities and improve data processes Document methodologies and ensure reporting accuracy What You'll Need to be Considered 3+ years of experience within Analytics in a relevant position Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred) Strong experience with forecasting and predictive modeling Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis Experience working with financial data and KPIs Ability to present and defend insights to senior leadership Experience leveraging AI tools for process automation INDIT
