The Opportunity We're building the data layer that every AI drug discovery will run on. Backed by an Nvidia VP. Working with top AI labs, global tech company and global pharma. Growing fast. We need a scientist who can lead-not just manage. The Role You'll be the person who ensures our data is world-class. Run day-to-day operations across multiple concurrent projects

• tracking progress, hitting deadlines, nothing falls through the cracks Own data quality end-to-end
• personally examine, validate, and enforce scientific rigor at every stage Manage a distributed network of PhD expert contractors
• recruit, brief, review, and iterate Translate client scientific needs into precise data specifications and collaborate with AI engineers to improve data generation pipelines You're a scientist first.

You understand the science. You ensure the quality. You build the system. You Hands-on experience managing expert contributors and owning data quality delivery at a tech-enabled scientific data or AI training data company (required) Proven ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously under real deadline pressure (required) PhD in life sciences
