Design, build, and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines, transforming raw ads, creative, and user interaction data into high-quality, analysis-ready datasets. Develop and maintain core data models and analytical schemas, including standardized tables, derived metrics, and reusable data assets to enable consistent measurement and self-serve analytics. Establish robust tracking and data linkage foundations, including exposure tracking logic, identity resolution, and URL parameter frameworks to connect marketing touchpoints with downstream user outcomes. Develop data infrastructure governance and resource management, including managing

queues, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring efficient and stable usage across the data science team. Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across systems, implementing validation, monitoring, and governance mechanisms for critical pipelines and datasets. Build and maintain internal data tools, dashboards, and data services to improve efficiency, enable cross-functional alignment, and reduce manual effort across teams. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, research, engineering) to align on data definitions, system integration, and platform capabilities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years in data science roles within business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics organizations. Strong expertise in hypothesis testing, A/B testing methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and pipeline development. Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting dashboards and data pipelines. Experience working with non-technical stakeholders, translating data findings into strategic recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience applying scalable analytics solutions in a marketing or growth-related environment. Familiarity with advanced marketing measurement techniques, such as attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and meta-analysis. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams, to develop automated solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. Proven ability to analyze metric movements, identify drivers, and derive insights. Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179200 - $292600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
