Data Modeler with MISMO experience Must Have Technical/Functional Skills The associate must have knowledge on
Mortgage Insurance Mandatory:
Mortgage associates experienced in Servicing domain specifically Active ,Default and Secondary Market + MISMO to be considered for the role Requirements for "MISMO-certified" resources are best interpreted as a need for strong hands-on expertise in MISMO standards (LDD, XML schemas, servicing data mappings), which can be effectively delivered through experienced domain and data professionals, supplemented by a small number of certified or certification-track SMEs for compliance. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms. Build and optimize data models for Snowflake data warehouse environments. Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis. Work with semi-structured data (JSON) for ingestion, parsing, and transformation. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models. Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation. Optimize data structures to improve performance, scalability, and data accessibility.
