Model Development:
Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision-makingData Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.Code Development:
Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.Data Sensitivity:
Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Requirements：- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
