Intrinsic is seeking qualified Modeling & Simulation Analyst candidates across all experience levels. Candidates will be considered for the appropriate levels listed below based on education, technical expertise, demonstrated experience, and overall qualifications. You will be an integral team member working directly on-site with simulation end users and other software engineering professionals. Please note that this posting is intended to identify qualified individuals for an upcoming contract opportunity. Employment is contingent upon contract award .

Modeling & Simulation Analyst I Experience:
0-4
Years Primary Responsibilities:
Supports the development, testing, and analysis of modeling and simulation scenarios while building technical expertise.
Position:
Modeling & Simulation Analyst II Experience:
5-9
Years Primary Responsibilities:
Analyzes and verifies simulation scenarios to generate data driven findings for presentation to technical leadership.
Position:
Senior Modeling & Simulation Analyst Experience:
10-14
Years Primary Responsibilities:
Leads technical efforts, mentors team members, and directs the creation of advanced modeling and simulation scenarios for complex customer missions.

Principal Modeling & Simulation Analyst Experience:
15+
Years Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as the technical authority, leading architecture, customer engagement, technical strategy, and execution of complex modeling and simulation programs. This employment opportunity is intended for U.S. citizens interested in working onsite at Honolulu, Hawaii In this position you will:
- Analyze various simulation scenarios to identify operational strengths, weaknesses, and limitations
- Develop analytical models and simulations to meet requirements
- Turn analytical data into technical documentation and findings
- Work on a dynamic, adaptable, and high performing team
- Rapidly grow your skills with the latest technology
- Deliver high-quality product features exceeding client expectations
Security Requirements:
- Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
- US Citizenship Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong C++ 17 or later experience
- Strong Python experience
- Top Secret Clearance
- Experience utilizing one or more Department of War modeling, simulation, mission engineering, or digital engineering environments such as AFSIM , NGTS, JSE, OneSAF, STK, JSAF, BRAWLER, or equivalent simulation framework
- Strong data science and analytic skills
- Experience with developing sub-system and system level models
- 1+ years of relevant experience on an Agile software development team
- Experience building, testing and deploying software
- Experience with Git in a team environment
- Desire and interest to learn and grow outside core job requirements
- US Citizenship Preferred qualifications:
- Top Secret Clearance with current SCI
- Software development experience with C++
- Experience with AFSIM
- Technical writing and communication skills
- Experience building and shipping products
- Hardware-in-the-loop simulation experience
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices, such as Extreme Programming (XP)
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
