(06240A) Is this split and/or fully grant funded?Yes Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage clinical and translational research datasets from multiple sources (e.g. clinical records, imaging, physiological measurements, molecular structural data). Perform statistical analyses. Develop data visualizations and summaries. Design and implement computational tools for data processing and analysis. Collaborate with investigators in the CVRI to design and execute experimental workflows. Maintain organized data structures and documentation. Ensure reproducibility and regulatory compliance. Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts and grant applications. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, bioinformatics, engineering, or related quantitative field. Programming and data analysis skills and experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Qualifications Preferred skills and experience:
Statistical modeling and analysis. Data visualization. Machine learning. Molecular dynamics. High content analysis of multidimensional biological data or clinical datasets. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses N/A Computer Skills Office Suite skills, AI/Machine Learning based approaches.
