Data Scientist

Description Lead the end-to-end delivery of data science and AI initiatives across manufacturing and operations Develop and deploy scalable models for scheduling, optimization, predictive maintenance, and process improvement Design data pipelines, analytics tools, and visualizations to support enterprise decision-making Apply advanced methods including machine learning, Bayesian modeling, and simulation Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption Establish best practices for model validation, reproducibility, and deployment Communicate complex analytical insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Skills data science, statistical models, bioinformatics, Gmp Top Skills Details data science,statistical models,bioinformatics Additional Skills & Qualifications PhD in quantative with 0-2 years OR Master's with 5-8 years experience Proven experience delivering complex data science projects in industry Experience working with large-scale or unstructured datasets Strong Python + data science ecosystem expertise Experience with advanced optimization methods (combinatorial, stochastic, convex) Exposure to biotech, pharma, or regulated environments (GxP) Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or process engineering Experience applying data science in manufacturing or supply chain environments Strong business acumen with ability to tie technical outputs to business outcomes Experience mentoring or leading technical teams Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Norwood, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
