This position combines data science, analytics, and visualization to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be using Microsoft Power BI to build dynamic data models, dashboards, and reports that help teams and leaders across the organization make informed, strategic decisions. Responsibilities of the
Data Scientist:
Develop and maintain BI data models to support performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers. Ensure data accuracy and governance across BI datasets and reporting tools. Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational insights. Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations for actionable analytics. Enable self-service reporting for business users with real-time, accessible insights. Provide decision support through scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate across teams to align BI solutions with business goals and mentor others in data visualization best practices. Preferred Experience of the
Data Scientist:
3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or decision science roles. Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Strong SQL skills creating SQL queries, stored procedures. Experience in BI strategy, KPI development , and enterprise reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent data storytelling and visualization Ability to influence decisions through clear, evidence-based insights. Collaborative mindset with focus on enabling a data-driven culture. Data Scientist:
