Evaluate the predictive models developed to classify horses into multiple risk categories (e.g., very low, low, moderate, high, and very high) and also examine a new machine learning method that could improve performance in the TBs. Work to finalize the Standardbred model in a similar manner. Once models have been finalized, write the corresponding manuscripts. Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application material

Required Qualifications:

PhD in computational genomics Experience with:

• Computational and bioinformatics
• Machine learning and statistical modeling
• Programming and data infrastructure

Experimental and Field Methods Pay and Benefits Pay Range:

$34.70/hr; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
