Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to lead a team of data analysts to support our client in data review, data management, and data visualization of all documentation related to manufacturing support. This individual must guide leaders and analysts to prioritize client support, team development, and operational excellence.
Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in client environmentSupport development of tools focused on data management of client operations.
Organize resources and staff to accomplish client goals and maximize productivityCapture and meet all quality and productivity metricsDemonstrate strong teamwork and collaborationAssist with business operations as neededStays current with science and technology and consults knowledgeably with clientsEnsures compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomaliesSupport professional development of direct and indirect reportsCoordinate and participate in candidate interviewsDemonstrate and promote the company visionContinuous improvement of operational excellenceDevelopment of teambuilding strategies and initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, biology, chemistry, other science related degree concentration5+ years of hands-on experience working in a GXP setting, preferably in data managementA combination of an advanced degree and equivalent experience is acceptable.3+ years leadership experienceA good understanding of day-to-day business operationsDemonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaborationStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).Previous experience with SQL, Excel, and Power automate preferredExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, self-motivate, adapt, and comply with company policiesBusiness Management education or experience preferredAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationThis position is full-time.
