Job Description
Seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed CX Insights Analyst to join our CX Journey & Design team. This role will be pivotal in uncovering customer pain points, synthesizing insights into compelling stories, and partnering across UX Research, Marketing Research, and CX Design to drive the CX Improvement roadmap. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst and storyteller, someone who loves diving into customer data and transforming it into meaningful insights that influence strategy, design, and business decisions.
Responsibilities include:
+ Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data across platforms including Medallia, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. + Identify trends, pain points, root causes, and opportunities impacting customer experience. + Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical views for stakeholders and leadership. + Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of CX measurement data. + Transform complex data findings into clear customer narratives. + Connect quantitative data with qualitative research insights. + Present actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. + Collaborate across research, design, marketing, product, and multiple data teams. + Support experimentation and pilot initiatives to validate hypotheses and improve customer outcomes.Top Skills Must Haves:

+ Partner with approximately 10 data teams and build strong collaborative relationships. + Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data. + Experience working with customer insights, telemetry, sales, and call center data. + Ability to validate data accuracy before sharing findings. + Build dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and MicroStrategy. + Translate complex data into business recommendations and customer-centered stories. + Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to executives. + Strong business acumen focused on customer experience improvement. + Excel proficiency (approximately 7/10); experience with Pivot Tables and Power Pivot; willing to continue learning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
