At Spectrum, you'll use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to develop impactful solutions for real-world challenges, collaborating across teams and communicating your findings to stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise will shape decisions and deliver measurable results that matter. This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week. How You'll Make an Impact Responsible for the full end-to-end data science process, including ETL, model development, validation, deployment into workflows, and measurement of financial impact. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement models in production and conduct post-launch testing and enhancements. Apply analytical and statistical algorithms to help stakeholders enhance their business strategies Collaborate on the design and implementation of data quality procedures for both current and new data sources Communicate data science solutions and complex analyses clearly to team members and business leaders Establish connections across existing data sources and uncover new data correlations Present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform business decisions Ensure testing and validation are integral to all analytics solutions, achieving project goals within deadlines while proactively communicating progress What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, operations research or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience 3 years in data analytics 2 years programming experience Skills Effective verbal and written communication, relationship management and customer service skills Building Logistic Regression models, Random Forest models, XGBoost models using Python Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision Experience with analytical and statistical software Proficient using data science toolkits such as Python Comprehensive SQL skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data accuracy Capacity for in-depth and independent research and analysis Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Deep understanding of computer science principles including algorithms, data structures and design methodologies Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark and Hive #
