Louisville KY/Dallas TX (If not remote is fine) We are seeking a talented Data Scientist who can leverage data to deliver actionable business insights and predictive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Databricks, advanced analytics, statistical modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop predictive, forecasting, and statistical models to support decision-making. Perform exploratory data analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and inferential statistics. Build and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define analytical requirements and communicate insights. Monitor model performance and ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning.
