Job Description ECM Program Focus Provide operational support to the ECM Program Manager, including: o Coordinating periodic meetings with the core ECM Program team o Supporting cross-platform ECM enablement efforts (e.g., SharePoint, Box, OnBase, DocuSign) o Planning and coordinating the launch of an ECM Community of Practice to complement the ECM user groups Help align ECM-related training and guidance with broader AI enablement efforts where applicable. Assist with content organization and updates to ECM-related SharePoint or collaboration spaces. AI Program Focus Create and curate AI training curriculum and learning assets for, with emphasis on: Microsoft Copilot Google Gemini Other AI-enabled, enterprise-approved productivity platforms Assist with identifying and organizing training topics, learning paths, and practical use cases aligned to business productivity and governance guidance Review, coordinate, and maintain updates to the AI Program SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, clear, and accessible Support AI communications and awareness activities as requested by AI Program leadership Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
