Data Modeler

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Data Modeler.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Data modeling experience (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both a project and enterprise level
• Dimensional Modeling with experience in crafting conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.
• Experience with Data Modeling tools such as Power Designer, Oracle Designer or Erwin or Hackolade
• Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Architecture and Data Analytics teams
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL to query data (ideally

ANSI SQL

)

• Solid grasp of Database technologies, techniques, and trends
• Experience with Snowflake experience a plus
• Experience with data governance and metadata management tools and standard methodologies a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to explain data structures to a non-technical audience
• Results-oriented with proven ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal, reviewing, negotiating, and influencing skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
