Job Description

Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience. Experience in various databases a plus. Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal. Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel. Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations. Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects. Coordinate and compile client deliverables. Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles. Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc. as requested by management. Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed.
