This role is ideal for a documentation-focused professional with strong hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams in Microsoft Visio. In this position, you will work closely with internal staff to understand business procedures, review existing documentation, and translate data capture, data processing, and data output workflows into clear, organized process maps. Key Responsibilities Create detailed process flow diagrams in Microsoft Visio for business procedures, databases, and operational workflows. Interview and communicate with staff to gather process details and clarify workflow requirements. Review existing written procedures and translate them into accurate process maps. Maintain an organized tracking log of all diagrams, documentation updates, and completed mapping work. Support operations documentation efforts in a structured, on-site public sector environment.
