Jun 1, 2026 Content Data Specialist (Contract) About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Data Specialist to support digital content operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that product information, content, and digital assets are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained across internal systems. If you enjoy working with data, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced digital environment. What You'll Do Enter, update, and format content including text, images, and metadata across internal systems Maintain and manage product and content data to ensure accuracy and consistency Review and validate content for completeness, grammar, and formatting standards Support content publishing workflows within CMS and related platforms Audit and clean data, removing outdated or duplicate entries Track updates, document changes, and report any inconsistencies or issues What You Bring Experience in data entry, content operations, or digital content support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy Clear communication skills and ability to follow established guidelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Nice to Have Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or product data platforms Familiarity with project or ticketing tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Zendesk, or similar) Exposure to e-commerce or product content environments Why This Role Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content operations Collaborative team environment with clear processes and support Build foundational skills in content, data, and systems management Flexible hybrid work setup #LI-BC1
